Delete your Bazichi account and data

This page is for users of Bazichi (Android app com.texogames.app and the web version) who want their account and data deleted.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the address you used to sign in (Google or email code).
2. Use the subject "Delete my Bazichi account". If you used the old Telegram Mini App (no longer supported), also include your Telegram username in the message.
3. We match the request to that email or username, delete the data, and confirm by reply when it is done.

Timeline

Deletion is completed within 30 days of confirming your request.

What is deleted

• Your Google account id, email address, display name, profile photo URL, username and avatar
• Friend links and invite codes
• Game results, drawn paths, streaks and badges
• Error reports tied to your account's anonymous id

What is kept

No identifiable data is kept. Only aggregate, anonymous statistics (for example, the total number of daily games played) that cannot be traced back to you may remain.

Deleting only some of your data

You can remove any friend yourself from the Friends page. For other parts of your data, write to the same address and say what you want removed; we will do so where possible.

If you never signed in

Your data is not tied to your name or email. Uninstalling the app or clearing browser storage removes the anonymous id from your device, after which the server-side data can no longer be linked to any person.
